Our Operations Department employs maintenance technicians and foremen with a variety of skills in plumbing and construction, leak detection, customer service, electronics, heavy equipment operation, water quality monitoring, computer flow modeling and regulatory compliance.

Plant Operations requires highly skilled water and wastewater operators, who are state certified to operate the type of treatment facilities LCA operates. Our certified operators must complete rigorous training and examinations, and continue their education through state-approved training programs.

Our Capital Works Department is made up of engineers, project managers, site inspectors and map-making experts.

In Administration, employees handle responsibilities including accounting, customer service, billing and collections, organizational management, administrative support, legal advisement, human resources, public relations and computer systems management.

Lehigh County Authority is accepting proposals to fulfill duties of Solicitor. This will replace the services provided by the Authority’s existing Solicitor who will be retiring. We are seeking:

  • Experienced and qualified lawyers and legal firms to fulfill duties of Solicitor as an independent contractor; or an in-house Solicitor.

The Authority is conducting a parallel search so that both options may be considered within the same selection process.
