LCA’s staff of 150 employees is focused on providing high-quality, affordable water and sewer services to our customers. Our Operations Department employs maintenance technicians and foremen with a variety of skills in plumbing and construction, leak detection, customer service, electronics, heavy equipment operation, water quality monitoring, computer flow modeling and regulatory compliance.
Plant Operations requires highly skilled water and wastewater operators, who are state certified to operate the type of treatment facilities LCA operates. Our certified operators must complete rigorous training and examinations, and continue their education through state-approved training programs.
Our Capital Works Department is made up of engineers, project managers, site inspectors and map-making experts.
In Administration, employees handle responsibilities including accounting, customer service, billing and collections, organizational management, administrative support, legal advisement, human resources, public relations and computer systems management.
